Pauline's career in healthcare began with her Associate degree in nursing, after which she traveled the country gaining experience across diverse healthcare settings. Each position deepened her understanding of what patients truly need: a provider who listens, adapts, and goes beyond the obvious diagnosis.
She ultimately settled in Phoenix, Arizona, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. With more than 30 years of hands-on nursing and clinical experience, Pauline brings a depth of knowledge that extends well beyond her FNP-C credentials.
Over the past eight years, Pauline has focused on helping patients safely reach their fitness and health goals — a specialty that developed through her extensive work in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Her cardiology background informs every comprehensive consultation she conducts, allowing her to evaluate patients through a broader clinical lens.
In addition to primary care and TRT, Pauline has obtained certifications in peptide therapy, IV therapy, and anti-aging strategies — giving her patients access to advanced wellness tools alongside traditional medical care.
Pauline believes that good medicine starts with partnership. She works with each patient to understand their individual health history, lifestyle, and goals — then builds a care plan that makes sense for them specifically.
